The Master of Business Administration and Entrepreneurship has been crafted by College’s founders after careful consideration of market needs. The results has been a twelve couse program that walks the student through every area of a business. Our local economy has the need to expand through the creation of small businesses which require managers and leaders of unusal ability, sophistication and integrity. Our program will equip students to think logically, laterally and independently through each of the most important areas of any business along a great faculty and challenging experiences.

Managerial Accounting for Decision Makers
This course explorers how business managers can estimate and manage the cost and profitability of their products and customers. Students will learn how managers use financial and non-financial information to improve processes and develop new products, motivate employee performance as well as capital budgeting and investment decisions.

Managerial Finance for Decision Makers
Process of securing & allocating funds within the business organization with emphasis on the relevant financial decision-making & policy aspects.

Management Information Technology
This course is an overview of information systems technology, including flow and control of information in an organization and use in decision making. focus on information systems strategy case studies, current security issues, hardware platforms, and software systems including both operating and application software.

Business Analysis for Decision Makers
Graduate course: this MBA course develops the basic statistical tools used in quantitative analysis in business and economics. after a brief review of data description, basic probability concepts, and probability distributions, the course will concentrate on interval estimation, hypothesis testing, analysis of variance, regression and correlation, time series analysis, categorical data analysis, and non-parametric statistics. the emphasis will be on applications, concepts, and interpretation of results, rather than theory and calculations.

Marketing for Decision Makers
Graduate course: a study of analysis and application of theory and problems solving in marketing management. emphasis will be on the role of marketing in the organization; planning the marketing effort; management of the marketing organization; control of marketing operations and evaluation of the marketing contribution.

Logistics Management
This course presents the basic concepts, principles, and techniques of logistics management. emphasis will be on the students developing an international view while centering them in the real themes, demands, and opportunities of an evolving and dynamic business workplace. this course will incorporate basic logistics management, logistics operations, and customer/supplier relationships as they relate to the core aspects of the management practice.

Legal, Ethical and Society for Decision Makers
Will create an awareness of the laws and of the legal, political, and social institutions which impact upon business activity. will emphasize public law and governmental regulation. landmark legislation and judicial decisions will be examined.

Leadership and Organizational Behavior
An investigation of management principles and theories underlying human behavior in organizations. this course examines how personality, motivation, communication, decision making, leadership, teamwork, ethics, power, diversity, and work stress can create both constraints and opportunities within an “eco-friendly” organization.

Strategic Management
Focus on complex strategic questions that confront general managers. approaches learned in other courses combined with material that is particular to field. approaches to formulate and implement overall strategies that allow firms to obtain and sustain competitive advantages while creating shareholder wealth.

Entrepreneurship
Role of entrepreneurship and innovation in the us and global economy. key topics are market potential assessment, alternative forms of ownership and financing, creating high performance organizations, adding value through competitive strategies, etc.

Negotiations
This course is aimed at developing expertise in negotiations across cultural borders, working with various suppliers, developing multicultural project teams and sensitivity, and developing counter proposals.

Sales Management
Overview of the sales management process with an emphasis on sales program formulation and management. the overall goal of strategic sales force management is to examine the elements of an effective sales force as a key component of the organization’s total marketing strategy with an emphasis on a highly effective use of the value proposition.
